The Team
The hands behind the calm.
Guests name our therapists in their reviews more than anything else. Ratings below are each professional's own verified average.
The founders
Built in Windhoek, by two founders.
Emerald Spa & Wellness Centre is led by its co-founders side by side: one runs the spa, one runs the business, and both answer for the same standard.

Evelyne Mulilo
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Proudly Namibian and built in Windhoek, Evelyne founded the spa on a simple conviction: the city deserves a retreat where rest is taken seriously. As Managing Director she runs the centre day to day, the guest experience, the team and the standard every treatment is held to.
OJ
Olakunle Jolaiya
Co-Founder & CEO
Olakunle co-founded Emerald with Evelyne and leads the business as CEO: strategy, partnerships, finance and the plans that keep the spa growing. Guests may not meet him on the floor, but every calm detail they do meet, from the booking system to the garden, carries his fingerprints.

The team
The people you will actually meet.
Managers and therapists, side by side. Every portrait is kept small enough that the whole team reads in one line on a laptop.

Merie-Ann (Lulu)
Spa Therapist
4.9average rating
Lulu brings years of floor experience to the treatment room. Guests book her for steady, thorough hands and a calm manner that makes an hour on the table feel longer.

Laurensia Post
Spa Manager
Laurensia trained as a therapist and guests still single out her massages in their reviews. As Spa Manager she runs the floor, the schedule and the standard every treatment is held to, while keeping her own hands in treatment work.

Daivienn
Spa Therapist
4.9average rating
Daivienn works across the treatment menu, from body scrubs to hydrotherapy preparation, with the quiet, unhurried manner the spa is known for.

Diana
Spa Therapist
4.9average rating
Guests describe Diana as kind, calm and gentle, and her massages are among the most praised in our reviews. She treats every appointment as the reason someone came in, not an item on a list.
