Welcome. I'm Kristina, a qualified counsellor based in Gosberton, near Spalding, Lincolnshire. I work exclusively with women, offering a safe, compassionate and confidential space to explore whatever life is bringing you right now. I specialise in supporting women through grief and bereavement, menopause, redundancy, life transitions, anxiety and low mood — those moments when everything feels uncertain and you're not quite sure who you are anymore. You don't have to be in crisis to reach out. Sometimes you're simply exhausted, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself. That's enough. I offer face-to-face sessions from my private therapy room in Gosberton, as well as online and telephone appointments across the UK. Daytime and evening availability.
