I mainly went in for cupping but added feet and scalp for extra relief. I went with light-medium pressure. It’s only been several hours but it helped and was what I was looking for. The atmosphere and decor was very calming.

My first time at Barefoot. Came with severe neck pain. Adam explained what the massage would look like and asked several times if I am doing well and if the pressure is ok for me. I definitely felt less tense and relaxed after the massage. Thank you Adam! Also, even the studio was hard to find with Google maps, the interior is very tasteful, a little oase. Definitely will come back and recommend to my friends

Adam is such a great therapist! He listens to feedback and adjusts his approach accordingly. I always leave feeling better and refreshed.
