In addition to doing a great job with cutting and drying my hair, Emma was really kind and genuine. She took genuine care to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment.

Emma was friendly and engaging, helping me refine a rough idea into exactly the haircut I wanted. Her approach felt natural, and she took the time to understand what I was looking for, resulting in a cut I’m really happy with.
