Every body is unique, carrying its own history of injury, posture habits, and stress. Because of this, I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" treatment. Great experience with Emmanuel, He asked me about my struggles and I mentioned I had tight ankles and plantar issues, straight away he addressed them and now I feel great walking again Also the aftercare advice he gives is really beneficial and helps with injury prevention a lot

finally done it and had a sports massage and im finally aware alot of my tension and problem lie in my traps overall experience was amazing and he addressed alot of my kssues there and then so generous and polite and had a laugh throughout. would highly recommened
