Jess has been so lovely and really helpful with learning about weight training! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Back training with Jess today after a bit of a break, and it reminded me exactly why I love training with her! She’s so supportive, really takes the time to understand what you need and knows exactly how to push and encourage you in a way that builds your confidence.
