The nail tech was very good! But I didn't get her name

I can still see gray hairs after my color. There were no instructors to check on how my bangs or hair turned out in the end. She was not able to style the bangs to make them look better. She even told me to look on YouTube to figure out how to make them look better. There were a lot of dye marks on my cheeks and forehead.
