More than five years of experience, I offer a personalized approach to massage therapy designed to meet each client’s unique needs. My skill set covers a wide array of treatments, from Traditional Thai and Deep Tissue to specialized recovery tools like Cupping, Hot Stone therapy, and Cryotherapy. I also incorporate assisted stretching and body manipulation to improve mobility and performance.

As always, Kathy does an excellent job of treating all the problem areas. She always friendly and professional.

Kathy is very intuitive on what and how address issues I might have. She doesn’t give formula massages. It is different every time.

Kathy is an excellent massage therapist. She has an engaging personality. If you want silence or conversation, then she is adept at both. Each session has been modified to what brought me in: too much travel, too much exercise, or too much sitting. The facility is clean, professionally run with many amenities.
