As always, Keri is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and her explanations of what will happen during the piercing and how to care for it afterwards are clear and thorough. She's also always willing to follow up and help handle with any issues that come up during the healing. Definitely will be a returning customer

Keri is the best! She is so gentle, welcoming and knowledgeable. The studio is always spotless and I am always so happy with my service :)

I got a piercing consultation and Keri was so knowledgeable and professional. She made sure everything I was interested in would fit in my piercings and even diagnosed two piercings I had done at other shops. Her advice is helping them heal already! I'll be back for sure!

Keri was fantastic. Her patience and technique go above and beyond. Easily the least painful piercing I’ve ever had. I will definitely be a return customer!
