Kim was great, really listened to what I wanted and then advised on the best course of action. Kim explained the process to me and why she was doing what she was doing . Then advised of care afterwards. The hair washing was lush so powerful and made my head feel great

Kim was fab. Very informative about products and styles for my wild hormonal hair. I love the end result and have come away with lots of product advice and a lovely colour.
