Level 1 art + chrome isolation, airbrush, 3 charms, fine lines

Level 1 & 2 art + incorporate at least 3 nail art technique (chrome, blush, gem etc.) 



Builder Gel + Tier 3 Design 

Level 1-3 art + detailed line work, maximalist designs, 3D sculpting, character art.
