Had a leg wax. Can't praise Nela enough for making the entire experience so pleasant and painless. Incredibly professional made me feel so welcome! I highly recommend this studio, it's very clean and very organized. Above all, Nela is an incredibly lovely soul x

Amazing! Nela took so much time and care with my nails. After looking all over Chelmsford and Braintree to find a technician with the same expertise as a London salon, I’ve finally found my angel! It was almost the least painful Hollywood I’ve ever had. I’ll be a regular client from now on for sure.
