Olivia was so friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What could have been a nerve-wracking experience turned into such an enjoyable and memorable one. I’m absolutely in love with my tattoo and couldn’t have asked for a better artist.
