Ricki was professional, reassuring and very encouraging. Particularly for my daughter who hadn't had anything pierced in i er 20 years. We both had 3 new ear piercings each. Some cartilage some lobe. All done with minimum of fuss or stress. As ever a joy to deal with. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Xx

Perfect. Went through everything clearly, made sure I was ready before the piercing. Talked me through it and it was done before I realised. 10/10 service.

Ricki is absolutely amazing at what he does. His years of experience transpires through his warmth, compassion and knowledge. His professionalism excels.
