I finally decided to get a fringe on this appointment. I fully expected to not like it, regret it and end up chalking it up to experience while pinning the short curls away from my forehead. Rosa proved this all wrong, my forehead curls are actually loving it and got even curlier since there is less tension from the constant pull to keep the hair off my eyes. My hair has more shape and volume as well. This is all through the experienced hands of Rosa, the way she understands how the different curls lay on the head. These are the reasons why I'm a regular customer.
