Have played rugby for 20+ years I found my passion for the recovery side of sports, and took upon myself to attend a massage course. Allowing fellow athletes to benefit their training & games to aid their recovery & return to 100% for their sport. I love dog walks with my cocker spaniel puppy, Munro climbing, and binge watching series.

Cannot recommend enough. Sandy really knows his stuff and systematically pinpointed the exact issues with my shoulder. Great chat throughout and puts you completely at ease from the start.

Listened to me , worked out not only where my psi. Was but where it was coming from and which tendons were causing the issue . Found the exact spots that needed massaged and loosened off. Sandy is so knowledgeable and he had my trust and confidence. I’d recommend Sandy to anyone suffering from muscle pain .
