Finished my sessions with Vicky today and was able to look back and reflect on the positive changes and outcomes following the work we have done together.

So nice to feel heard in a safe space. Great to offload . Vicky is so genuine and kind. Feeling positive about the future.

I always feel, at the end of the session, somehow strengthened and armed.

Vicky had some great suggestions as to how I could deal with some things that trouble me at the moment.

It was just great to unload some of the grot that I have been holding on to. Vicky is really empathetic.

This was an initial 20 minute chat about how the service works. Vicky rang on time and was very easy to talk to so I have decided to continue with sessions to try to resolve some of my issues. It will be nice to have someone who will not be upset because I am and to whom I can just pour all this anger, grief, disappointment out to and get ideas how to deal with issues.
