"Excellent remedial massage. Wayne knows my issues and used perfect, firm pressure to target my tight shoulders and neck. I walked out feeling immediate relief and much better mobility. Highly recommend for desk posture tightness!"

Wayne gives the massages I need and has a great manner while working hard on my muscles. He also provides advice and strength and flexibility, to help me avoid the avoidable discomfort.
