Elaine at Whitstable Wellness

I went to Elaine for a sports massage and she was fantastic. I'm currently training for a marathon and she was very knowledgeable and helpful with further stretches to try between massages.

I had a 60-minute sports massage with Elaine and couldn’t recommend her enough! She made me feel relaxed and at ease as soon as I arrived. I’m currently training for a half marathon and had been experiencing some pain and tightness, which Elaine took into consideration and focused on during the massage. My calves have never felt so light! She somehow managed to make a sports massage feel genuinely relaxing as well as incredibly effective. I left feeling refreshed, looser and ready to get back to training. I’ll definitely be booking again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
