Amazing experience. It was my first time getting my nails done by Shannen and also my first time ever getting my nails professionally done. Shannen talked me through it all and explained what everything was for so I understood. We made a plan together so that my short nails can grow long as healthily as possible. She made me very comfortable and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their nails done.
