Emily was friendly and professional, took her time explaining the procedure and clearly a perfectionist. So very happy with the appointment today.

Emily made the experience for my daughters getting their first ears pierced, so calm and pleasant. She was so attentive to their needs and made them feel at ease before, during and after.

Relaxing experience, nice atmosphere. Emily had a calm energy. Spent time looking at our ear anatomy to help decide which piercing would suit us.
