She was so knowledgeable and made it as pain free as possible.

Managed to get an appointment within 15 minutes after making an impromptu decision to have my belly button pierced. Empress was clean and tidy. Felt welcome on arrival. Ksenia came out to meet me. She was warm and very friendly. Check my belly for a decision on what type of piercing and jewellery would be suitable. The room was tidy, beauty chair freshly sanitized. Was taken through everything and questions answered. Piercing was done so quick I didn't even realise it had been done, as there was only a slight sting. Great overall experience. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Ksenia

Myself and my neice have been here three times for piercings and check ups. I literally can't fault them. You see people walking in just for a chat about their piercings, bookings and walks in and they are all so lovely and professional everytime. My neice is 14 and they took there time to talk to her and make her comfortable and now she just wants to go there for the rest of her piercings. Everyone book there appointments!!!!! they are so busy and popular, book the appointment even if it's for a chin wag/check up!!!!!!!
