Sarah is just an amazing, lovely lady who makes you feel so welcome from arriving. I've never done Reiki, Crystal bowl and Chakra balancing before. I've been holding onto a lot of grief and just not feeling myself and not sleeping well at all. I left feeling like a different person and a lot lighter. I finally slept for 8 hrs. I can't recommend Sarah and what she does enough. Xx ❤️

I had such a wonderful experience with Sarah. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed, and I even drifted off to sleep at one point, which is something I never normally do. I could genuinely feel the shift in my body during the Reiki treatment, and the sound bath was absolutely incredible – so calming and restorative. I left feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and with a real sense of wellbeing. Sarah is truly talented at what she does, and I can’t recommend her enough. I’ll definitely be back!
