You call yourself Serenity, yet someone enters my room, moves around and rummages through things, making plenty of noise until I could not bear it any longer and I had to ask what’s going on. Never has this happened before. It spoilt my experience. No one should ever come in and search for things when you are relaxing. It takes you out of your space. I don’t like to complain so I put up with it for quite some time, hoping the staff member would leave. I got to a point that I could take it no more. You call yourself serenity. You took away mine and made me feel uncomfortable.

I really like the place vibe however,massage therapist is not competent ,she didn’t massage my hair much and one point water was so hot that it burn and I said excuse me could you please make little bit cold it’s very hot. She said ok but no apologies.first thing she didn’t ask what you prefer temperature of water at the beginning.🥵 Overall I treated this spa to my friend for birthday she had nice experience with therapist which made me happy. But for me I felt mine one did bare minimum compared to my friend tharapist. No head massage felt like hair wash and she whereas my friend had.🥺

I generally don’t enjoy massages as I find the pressure isn’t always consistent however, Sylwia was excellent. She was very professional and I left feeling very relaxed. Thank you

Excellent therapeutic massage which rid me of the spasm in my back and my sore legs .so relaxing that I dozed off
