Amazing 🤎 will be back

Lovely facility clean and comfortable. I purchased the sauna/ice bath service. There is ambiguity between what is offered on the website and pricing and what is offered & priced when you book. The breathing coaching should be done upfront so it doesn't hold you up from experiencing the hot/cold contrast and allows coaching to continue while in the ice bath. I was disappointed that you couldn't have the sauna time reduced to allow a second bath, but was told next time I could do this since I opted to forgo the coaching given I had already done this.
