I’ve been to so many salons where they’ve been really rough with my hair and I’ve even ended up seeing chunks of it in their brushes, so I was a little nervous going in. Cerys was completely different she was so gentle with my hair. I had layers and face framing pieces cut and my hair came out exactly how I asked for it. She gave me some really helpful advice on my hair. I was accidentally late to my appointment, but she still made me feel so welcome and never made me feel uncomfortable about it. I’m honestly so happy with my hair and would 100% recommend Cerys I’ll definitely be coming back!
