Jess is the only person I trust to bleach my hair. She can take credit for every compliment I've received on the signature lilac hair I've had for years, and for the fact that despite rounds of bleach every eight weeks my hair is still in great condition. She's also lovely and I always look forward to our chats; appreciated as I'm usually in her chair for a good few hours!
