Lou's setup offers a unique combination of sauna and ice bath experiences that clients rave about. Many describe the facility as a beautiful, calm oasis, perfect for unwinding after a workout or enjoying some 'me time.' The All-Access Buddy sessions are particularly popular, allowing friends to share the rejuvenating benefits in a private and well-thought-out space.

Love Kure Sauna & Ice Bath! It is incredibly well set up and spotless. 
Lou was fantastic—she even shared some helpful breathing techniques to use during the ice bath, which made the experience so much better. 
I highly recommend it and can definitely see myself becoming a regular!
