this is only my 2nd visit to this salon after being with Hair Ott for 8yrs till they moved to Whitely . Lucy was so helpful. She cut and coloured my hair in just the right shape and colour . Went back today & again Lucy cut my hair exactly how we had discussed it as going to a wedding tomorrow oh and did my roots as well !
