My time on the vibration plate was great.

The Vibration Therapy, Red Light Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage has been a complete treatment for a Patella surgery 1 1/2 years ago.. 1 year ago physical therapy ended and I continued to experience pain, tightness and discomfort. Yet,Therapy as stated above this past Month has helped to improve my knee discomfort. Thank you to Ruchi and Mood Swong Wellness.
