I was treated with the utmost consideration and kindness and am very happy with my hair.

Always great. Couldn't ask for anyone better than Paul for my 'special needs' hair! I think that the 'work in progress' look of the entrance, and the 'just started building' look of the salon need 'fast-tracking'. Not the nicest vibe, and it's been like this for months!
