Gareth is very welcoming, super knowledgeable and great at what he does. Perfect for maintenance and recovery from the gym or injury.

Top bloke makes you feel at ease and knows what he’s doing. Been struggling for awhile with neck and back issues but since seeing Gareth he has really sorted me out. Highly recommend

Great results from Gareth so far after some pretty radical shoulder surgery. Fed up of just receiving exercise sheets that I could have found online, I wanted someone who could help with my pain and range of motion. All of which is being achieved with regular sessions from Gareth.
