The massage was amazing and relaxing. The lady explained everything so well to me the pressure points and causes of discomfort. Honestly one of the best massages I have received.

Absolutely brilliant massage. Just the right pressure and the pressure was applied to the troublesome areas in my lower back. Very nice studio with water provided after the massage to get my balance back. I would 100% recommend.

I had my first session with Kannika today for my suspected frozen shoulder. She really understood the underlying joint anatomy and began work straight away. For the first time in months, I have some movement returned to my shoulder! I'll definitely be booking regular sessions with her, I think!
