Words can’t describe it . Just go and be in the moment Be real be you be open you’ll thank yourself later . I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Michelle from A Thousand Paths - she is the most wonderful & amazing human. I have only had a handful of breath work sessions with her so far and I can honestly say it has been the most empowering thing I have ever done in my entire life and I truely feel that I have already come leaps and bounds from her guidance in only a short amount of time.
