Chinese Traditional massage is an important part of traditional medicine and has a long history. It has a unique and remarkable therapeutic effect on the treatment of diseases, health and wellness, and relaxation of the mind. Chinese Traditional massage incorporates the essence of Chinese medical theory and is guided by the doctrine of meridians. Its techniques are highly penetrating, relaxing muscles, relieving fatigue, regulating the body's functions, improving the body's immune system, unblocking the meridians, balancing yin and yang, and prolonging life. It has a high medical value.

Deep Tissue Massage 

Acupuncture works through stimulating the body's healing responses or immune system. Acupoints lie on lines or channels in the body and are stimulated by the insertion of fine needles at various locations. The actions of each point, combination of points and
their effectiveness is treating different diseases, have been learnt through clinical practice for many centuries. In recent years many of these actions have been scientifically refined and verified by modern
research.
What should I expect?
Each treatment consists of a number of fine needles, usually 4 to 10, being inserted into specific locations of your body for 15 to 30 minutes according to your presenting problem. These bring about changes in
the body to restore health and vitality and to relieve pain or other symptoms.

Tuina is a non-drug natural therapy and physical therapy. Usually refers to the doctor using his own hands to act on the patient's body surface, injured parts, areas of discomfort and pain and specific acupoints with the use of push, hold, massage, rub, knead, pinch, point, pat, etc.  Various forms of manipulation and strength are used to achieve the curative effects of dredging the meridians, promoting qi and blood, alleviating pain and removing pathogens, reconciling yin and yang, and prolonging life.

Tuina massage

During cupping, the air in the can is burned with fire to generate negative pressure inside, which is then adsorbed on the skin surface. 
 Cupping works by using local heat stimulation and negative pressure attraction to achieve the purpose of;• dispelling cold and dampness• eliminating stagnation• removing toxins and reducing heat• dredging meridians• promoting qi and promoting blood circulation• reducing swelling and relieving pain, so as to strengthen the body and eliminate pathogenic factors. 
 
 The benefits of cupping include local pain relief and muscle relaxation. Cupping improves overall health by removing the energy blockages that Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners identify as barriers to the flow of healthy energy or qi. For athletes, cupping may help increase blood flow to a particular muscle region or help reduce pain.
