My gel manicure with Lilie was excellent. She is professional, precise, and pays close attention to every detail—my nails always turn out beautiful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about my pedicure experience. Diana cut me twice on my big toe. I was left sitting in the chair no lotion on my feet without being told the service was finished the pedicure felt incomplete. The customer service came across as dismissive. As a paying customer, I would have appreciated better communication I’ll definitely continue booking with Lilie, but I won’t be returning to the same pedicure technician.
