Suzannah welcomed me and then we talked about the appointment. She then explained to me in detail about the different stages. When nearly all were compete she gave advice on styling but asked for my input into the process. I asked for advice on products that would help me and she was very helpful. When the styling was complete, the appointment ended in good time.

Suz is absolutely amazing and is the sweetest! My hair has honestly never looked better, I would recommend her to everyone. The aftercare leaflet was very detailed and informative as well.
