First time visitors to LNO yesterday and Abbi made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We had a lovely time and laughed throughout. The shop is gorgeous and we’ll definitely be back soon for more. The piercing my partner wanted detailed it would be dependant on anatomy - Abbi checked this thoroughly and made sure it was safe to proceed. I feel very comfortable that the team would only make decisions in our best interest. 10/10, see you soon!

Abbi (and Dom) were absolutely fantastic with my daughter. She was put at ease and made to feel so comfortable and relaxed from the minute we walked in. My daughter giggled her way through the whole thing and we are both delighted with the results - Thank you
