Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It is used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders.

This treatment mainly focuses on warming the muscle tissue to release tension and break up the muscle knots all over the body. I can concentrate on one specific area or offer full body, wherever the areas of discomfort are and can focus on the buildup of stress and muscle tension round the neck, shoulders and across the back, resulting from a desk job. Massage encourages relaxation, improves circulation and is also great for relieving tension headaches.
