I came to Brook after having a poor experience with someone else and believing I’d never be successful with BIAB, however Brook has completely transformed my opinion and I’ve now got the best!! Brook is welcoming, friendly and chatty. She makes you feel super comfortable!! Thank you Brooke xxx
