My nails are nice, but I was a bit disappointed. I booked with the same nail tech as usual through the app. I got call to her chair and she started to prep only for someone to tell me to move elsewhere while she does another client. Then 10 min later, no service yet, I’m told to move again to go sit beside the client that got my usual tech. I got a very nice and skillful other tech. I have only good things to say about Captain, but this situation way handled poorly. Made me think I was not important enough compared to who’s ever this other client was to have my appointment honored.
