Didn’t know what to expect for a Japanese head spa, Jac was informative and told me what she would be doing and using a holistic approach. Afterwards it felt wonderful I was left to get up slowly and offered a drink and if I wanted to dry my hair. The experience incorporated my head spa, facial, neck shoulders and arms massage was told not to wash my hair for 24hrs for the oils to seep into my scalp. My hair, face and upper body feel great I was relaxed and slept well. Highly recommended and will be returning for more of Jac’s treatments, also came with a loyalty card. Thank you so much x

Jac is absolutely wonderful at what is she does my Japanese head spa was amazing 👏 couldn't praise her high enough ,from the moment you walk through the door your made to feel welcome, relaxed and shes gives you 💯 of her attention .The treatment its self is out of this world ,you literally feel the stress and tension leave your body .After the treatment your skin and hair feels and looks amazing .The herbal tea after was a lovely final touch .I would highly recommend booking a treatment with jac and can't wait to visit again.
