Fantastic! Jess was super helpful, supportive, and intuitive. Really helped me feel more confident about what my body needs and how to communicate with it. Jess was also very accessible in language and I always felt like I understood what was going on and what a good care plan would look like. Love love love how advice was given through the lens of neurodiverse and hyper-mobile bodies so I could actually engage with the advice in a way that worked for me and my body - never been able to access physio language in the same way before, game changing! Thanks again! Will definitely be back :D

Jess is literally amazing. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Her knowledge of the body and every individual muscle is so extensive. I have been to jess twice now and I would never go anywhere else. She is literally magic and knows exactly what you need.
