I recently had my very first facial at Loft with Leigh-Ann, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My kids gave me an electronic gift card for Mother’s Day, and I was really excited to use it—but I was also a little nervous. I have rosacea, so I was concerned about how my skin would react and whether a facial would leave me irritated or uncomfortable. Leigh-Ann immediately put me at ease. She was so gentle, calm and reassuring, and she explained that the products she was using were gentle and appropriate for my skin. I am very happy with the experience. Thank you!
