Manú Kondo Signature Relaxation 60 @ office - 60 min

During our initial TCM appointment, you will be introduced to the five pillars of diagnosis, which are palpation (touching), olfaction (smelling), auscultation (hearing), and inspection (observation). As part of my initial evaluation, I'll enquire about your lifestyle, current health concerns, and medical history. Questions about your nutrition, sleep habits, stress levels, and exercise routines may be included, as well as observations of your complexion, tongue appearance/color/shape, pulse diagnosis, and a few other factors that are especially significant for a TCM diagnosis. Depending on your health, your treatment plan could include but won't be limited to acupuncture, herbal supplements, cupping, tuina, dietary suggestions, and lifestyle adjustments.

TCM/MTC Initial consultation

Follow-up sessions focus on continuing your treatment plan and monitoring your progress. We begin with a short check-in about any changes in your sleep, digestion, energy levels, menstrual cycle, stress, or other symptoms since your last visit. Pulse and tongue may be reassessed as part of the ongoing diagnosis.

Based on how your body is responding, the treatment is adjusted accordingly. The session may include acupuncture and can also involve cupping, moxa, dietary guidance, and herbal recommendations when needed.

These sessions help deepen results, regulate the body over time, and support long-term balance. Regular follow-ups are often recommended, especially for hormonal, digestive, or chronic conditions.
