Excellent, never had this type of Massage before, but now no what type of massage I need. Sarah explained everything she was doing and why, I’ve never had my neck move like that since I was In my teens . Highly recommend

The treatment was excellent. I have been suffering for many months with significant pain and stiffness in my lower back and leg. This has eased significantly following the treatment and the advice given on further on going exercise means that I am no longer reliant on pain killers. I would highly recommend.
