My skill set covers a wide array of treatments, from Traditional Thai and Deep Tissue to specialized recovery tools like Cupping, Hot Stone therapy, and Cryotherapy. Kathy is an excellent massage therapist. She has an engaging personality. If you want silence or conversation, then she is adept at both. Each session has been modified to what brought me in: too much travel, too much exercise, or too much sitting. The facility is clean, professionally run with many amenities.
