Attitude Adjustment

I use expert techniques, including gentle stretching of the skin, raking, cross-fiber friction, etc. to stimulate the movement of lymph, reduce swelling/bruising, shorten recovery time, reduce pain, and prevent fibrosis. Lymph vessels filter waste & aid the immune system. Wood Therapy can be added.
