Kinesiology tape can stay on for 3-5 days- Adhesive spray can be used for those participating in sport.

Depending on where your pain is or where you’re struggling, I will work with you to decide the best method of taping. Additional £3.50 per area if more than one needed.

After bathing/showering, dab dry rather than rub to prolong stickiness. If you have any reaction, remove immediately and seek medical advice if needed.


Kinesiology Taping

A 90 minute sports massage; this can be a full body (back, neck, shoulders and legs) massage or can be focussed on specific areas of discomfort. 

TMJ relief can be included in this treatment- just let me know before/ at the start of your appointment. 

90 Minute Sports Massage

A 45 minute sports massage focussing on areas that need it most. This can be lower or upper body only, or a combination of both; lower back, glutes, hamstrings and calves for example.

45 Minute Sports Massage

A full 1 hour massage around the areas you’re struggling with most. This can be a full body (back, neck, shoulders and legs) massage or can be focussed on specific areas of pain/discomfort.

Online forms to be completed before appointment. A short consultation will be carried out before treatment begins.

All massages come with necessary range of motion testing, assisted stretches during treatment and takeaway stretches if needed.

60 Minutes Sports Massage + Consultation

Dry cupping is a historic, yet ever growing in popularity, therapeutic technique often now combined with sports massage in order to promote a faster recovery. Dry cupping acts as a vacuum force, pulling the skin upwards and decompressing the tissue below (opposite to a massage).
It can help with many chronic conditions and relieve pain by assisting with the reduction of tension & toxins in the area, as well as improving blood flow (therefore promoting recovery).

SILICONE CUPS USED

Cupping can be added to any massage treatment for an extra £5. Please book together or let me know on the day.

Dry Cupping

A 30 minute massage focussed on decreasing the tension through your neck, back and shoulders.
