I got my qualification at Norwich City College at a NVQ Level 2, but have continued to expand my knowledge over the years, attending many online & in person courses & priding myself on my self taught knowledge in colour theory & hair health.

I couldn’t recommend Gemma anymore, she has perfected every hair change I’ve asked for. It’s not just Gemma’s skills but also the experience at Red’s is unmatched 🖤
